I've had various roles over the years including developer, business analyst, project manager and product owner. I've lots of experience in designing and delivering financial systems for both the back office and the consumer. The market sectors I specialise in are asset finance and pensions. I've dipped my toe in a number of frameworks and methodologies over the years including Waterfall, PRINCE2, DSDM, Six Sigma, Scrum and Lean. Over the years I've gained PRINCE2, Scrum Alliance CSM and Scrum Alliance CSPO.I enjoy helping developing people that I work with by coaching and mentoring. I also like facilitating workshops and helping groups work towards a consensus.My preferred working environment is informal and transparent with passionate individuals who are empowered to make decisions. I'm currently the product manager for EQ's pension administrator platform Administrator heading up a team of three product owners and responsible for defining work for six scrum teams. I'm always looking at ways to improve the way that we work together as a team and how I can help the team to achieve their goals.
