As an associate at JVAT, Pav worked on a range of projects involving risk and safety assurance, software assurance, resilience and wellbeing training. With the help of the team at JVAT and through working on large projects in the Defence and Infrastructure sectors, Pav developed new skills, building upon a strong base acquired through military experience and engineering study.

Pav teaches foundation level swimming for children aged between 3 and 12.

Pav was part of the Mechanical Engineering design team at FA Systems during his time at the company. As part of the team, Pav was tasked with designing and modifying components for automated systems for companies such as Sony, SanDisk and Avago Technologies. His biggest project was for SanDisk and it was to troubleshoot and improve (where needed) the system to meet the clients' demands and KPIs successfully. The product was due to ship out on the weekend he concluded his internship, having fulfilled the requirements of the client.

Pav worked in the pressure laboratory, which provided accreditation services for pressure gauges, ensuring they were properly calibrated.

As a Tactical Control Officer in an air defence squadron, Pav's main role was in carrying out peacetime air defence duties. However, to maintain operational readiness, he helped in leading the conduct training missions monthly. Pav successfully planned and executed multiple training missions, leading a team of more than 20 people while fulfilling his main peacetime operational duties.
