Ally Identity Management System (AIMS) is a CA Identity Manager implementation where in different user types (Employee, Contractor, Outlier and Supplier) are managed from a central location. This system is the centralized location to carry all the users’ access information as to what accounts they hold and on which systems (end points). Employee and Contractors are on boarded onto AIMS via Web Services from PeopleSoft and KVMS (Kelly Vendor Management System) respectively. This system supports user on-boarding followed by their complete lifecycle like termination, conversion, updates, enable/disable etc. This system also supports self-service as well as maintenance of users via the helpdesk roles.

JPMC is in process of automating the current manual recertification process. As part of this process applications are identified on a quarterly basis and onboarded onto JPMC SailPoint IIQ Recertification platform. Identified applications are analysed by interviewing application stakeholders to ensure that all relevant identity and entitlement/role details are captured. After the analysis applications are developed, tested and deployed into JPMC SailPoint IIQ platform. Testing is carried out as per the process identified by JPMC.

Health Care INSURANCE system is being designed and developed to cover the distribution of life and general INSURANCE products. The main application involved in this system is policy administration, agent services, claims management, commissions/renewals and reports. The project includes policy holder information, validating the information, report generation for the policy holder, report for the company, health claim enquiry-policy level, health claim enquiry-patient level, policy alpha enquiry, policy status and commission/renewal reports. In the process, programs have been developed which generates reports processing new applications and those that updates various tables and files.
