It also has the region’s first video call centre for new acquisition and managing service requests of existing customers digitally.uBank was bestowed with the Asian Banker “Branch of the year” award in 20174. As the service champion for Retail banking, was responsible for setting up processes/teams for a series of 'Fast Feedback loops' to collect daily Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from customers for key journeys. Also responsible for the NPS targets and achieved exceptional increase in the scores over the last few years, by working with the key stakeholders on communication, collaboration and leveraging process changes on Siebel platform5. Responsible for setting up and managing the Asset Service desk (around 20 CSAs) across multiple locations to handle post sales service requests for all asset products including Mortgage.
