As a Direct Recruiter, I am currently managing all the recruitment activities. Position levels ranging from Senior Analyst - Director/Vice President levels for STANDARD CHARTERED India & APAC regions, On top of that I’m also responsible for business needs discussion with the Onsite Recruiters to plan hiring projection and manpower. Detailed roles and responsibilities is as follow:Responsibilities:● Working closely with global teams to understand the technical requirements for both IT & NON-IT roles for Banking & Financial Industry● Being a SPOC for the divisions of FCSU, Trade operations, GFS & Technology services● Sourcing from the positions of Analyst to a Director level through social networking, job boards like Naukri, Monster, Jobstreet, Efinancial careers and references ● Involved in Screening, Head Hunting, Extensive Networking, and Online Resume Mining using Boolean strings and posting jobs on various classifieds.● Extensively involved in diversity hiring● Extensive usage of Google X-ray search and Boolean search techniques.● Mentoring a team of 3 members in the recruitment space with regards to Social media sourcing and global trends.● Preparing weekly reports and presenting it to the global stakeholders.● Handled complete Recruitment Life Cycle – Interacting with Hiring Managers in Briefing calls, sourcing, screening, short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups, coordinating for HR interviews.● Maintain a regular MIS on daily basis and maintain team reports● Received appreciation mails from clients for sending best resource profiles with time management

● Handling end to end recruitment process● Sourcing the relevant profiles from sources like internal database, portals and References.● Focusing on Premier Institute candidates for closing the positions● Short-listing and screening the profiles as per the requirement● Evaluating the candidates based on his experience, education, communication, and technical aspects.● Conducting (telephonic) interview with candidates to assess them technically.● Briefing the candidates on the requirement, the company, role and responsibility.● Co-ordinate and follow up with the short-listed candidates.● Mass mailing to the candidates based on the requirement● Involved in working with different technologies.● Being in contact with the client for discussing in detail about the job description.● Working on different job portals for finding the right candidate for the required positions● Having good knowledge working on LinkedIn using X-Ray search to find out right candidates● Handling all functions of Recruitment from, sourcing and screening of profiles, interviewing, facilitating technical interviews, negotiating salaries and follow up with clients and candidates.
