Make efforts for cost containment / savings by:· Spend Analysis to identify cost saving opportunities· Explore possibilities of demand bundling· Explore possibilities of synergy areas within the South Zonal BCS group· Network and communicate with HO lead buyers for leveraging on global / Regional contracts· Explore SKU reduction / Vendor consolidation oppurtunities· Evolve procurement strategy with involvement of key stakeholder’s i.e. Portfolio Management, Sales, IT, SiteServices, Logistics· Negotiate contracts with best possible cost saving opportunities· Facilitate working capital management by extension of payment termsAdhering to a compliant procurement process by:· Running a fair process of vendor selection, approval and development through a cross-functional approach..
