From the start of my career as a Management Trainee in TATA Motors to my last stint in Porsche as the Managing Director in India, I have had hands-on experience of all aspects of commercial operations across automotive verticals. A seasoned executive with experience in Automotive, Lifestyle & Luxury Space, I have spearheaded all aspects of commercial business including Sales, Marketing & PR, Channel Management, CRM, After Sales & P&L. My key motivators in all my assignments have been problem-solving and customer centricity. I believe this approach has helped me grow the businesses that I ran and also helped my learning process. I had the opportunity to turn around markets and businesses in the organizations that I worked with. I am comfortable in an international environment, as I deeply appreciate global cultural nuances. My experience of working for some of iconic brands has also helped me build a solid professional network.As a part of the global talent pool, I was also nominated for a VW global program in 2017. This program chooses less than 20 candidates across VW group (all brands) worldwide every year for an immersive engagement.I strongly believe that an organization is only as good as its weakest employee and hence I focus a lot on people development. I champion the cause of diversity and have sponsored women’s work groups in the past, which aimed at up-skilling our female colleagues to take on higher positions in the organization. The organizations that I have led have had high employee satisfaction scores.Last years have enabled me to fulfil my long-pending dream of owning and running an enterprise. The pre-setup stage has been a revelation in many ways. The amount of versatility it adds to a professional's span of delivery is immense.
