Ensure success of complex projects that support compliance training, improve processes, streamline and automate HR functions, and scale learning and development programs internally. Also now supporting global facilities and real estate team. ◆ ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT:▣ Credited for role in saving $600K on a learning management system. Provided access to an automation tool that saved the team 100 hours per month by proposing a solution, which bundled Zapier over a more expensive legacy solution.▣ Designed and implemented a workflow that streamlined a new training and evaluation process developed by the sales enablement team that certified employees to demo the BSM platform; allowed users to submit prerecorded demos, successfully increasing throughput of the program by 10x and cut administration time by more than 10 hours per cohort.▣ Improved processes related to scaling order forms for certification training. Developed a proof of concept in the LMS sandbox that accepted credit card transactions. Saved 8+ hours each week and processed 250K transactions totaling $760K+.
