o Generating the TATA DOCOMO BSS & MSS Reports of (Bihar, Orissa, AP & ROWB).o Generating DSR (Daily Shift Report) & Outage Report of Bihar, Orissa, ROWB & AP.o GSM Performance(Reporting Analysis & Macros, that includes BTS Hourly Circle Report, Cell Level BBH & NBH Report, TOPS , Zero Call Report, Top Town KPI Tracker & KPI reports N/W Management Report ,Daily KPI Reports on daily shift basis).o Analysis the Reports i.e KPI for the Network.o Radio KPI and Core KPI.o Generating the KPI Dashboards Reports., Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.o First level fault rectifications.o Coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets.o Follow up of trouble tickets with circle.o Control and support of planned activities.o Responsible for fault troubleshooting for various cards in BTS follow through troubleshooting Procedures.o Providing the entire technical Fault’s solutions to all FM’s which occur into the BTS, BSC.o Perform Fault Management by co-ordinating support resources, managing technical escalation to ensure fault is rectified within agreed SLA.o Identification of alarms and handles BSC Health check upo Handled generation & analysis of various daily reports. o Knowledge of loop testing, call testing, site lock & unlock etc.o Knowledge of TRX addition, deletion.o Alarm monitor of Bts, Bsc and Co-ordination for rectification of the same.o Escalation & follow up of the faults in the network as per predefined escalation matrix.o Respond to escalated Customer Network faults.
