• Travel to a Spok customer sites to install and configure/test system.
• Maintain familiarity with current and previous versions of all products, procedures and processes and technology supported through PSG by participating in-house training sessions and self-study Customer Relations.
• Communicate with various Spok departments regarding issues during provisioning.

• Provide support on critical communication systems on a daily basis. Support customer’s PBX integration into Spok Console which deals with Software/hardware and configuring.
• Assist with post cut issues when projects are transitioned over, Work with development to resolve issues that are escalated/defects.
• Working with multiple products such as Site Alert, Messenger, Smart Console, Enotify, IRM, Smart Speech, PBX integration. All on different operating systems.
• Handle escalated issues within support.

• Handle technical troubleshooting within an enterprise environment, including system crashes, slow-downs and data recoveries. Engaged and track priority 1 issues, with responsibility for the timely documentation.
• Work on a team of 3 in IT to ensure system is running efficiently on a daily basis. Whether taking in tickets via phone/email or onsite assistance
