Financial Planning• Ensuring files and documentation are prepared for Financial Planners prior to member/client meetings e.g advice spreadsheet, Advice Documents and research documents.• Coordinating and carrying out daily administration and data entry, ensuring these tasks are completed in a timely manner.• Ensuring our CRM remains updated and accurate.• Conduct research on clients' existing super funds/investments/insurance policies• Prepare insurance quotes, generate product comparison reports, request and collate responses relating to insurance pre-assessments.• Prepare documents for rollover requests, insurance applications, cancellations of previous policies, etc.Mortgage Broking• Experience in working as a Broker Support Officer, working closely with different brokers and different lenders.• Experience in Data Entry with Vownet & Fact Find 360.• Generating and forwarding of Compliance Documents• Preparing and Lodging home loan applications• Admin tasks such as email monitoring, chasing lenders for updates on applications, and communicating with various lenders.
