A dedicated customer advocate, from experiential marketing, product design, experience and interaction design, customer research, customer success, onboarding and technical support, I have been lucky enough to flex my skill building muscles and innovate on every stage of the customer journey. In my early career, I did double duty, as a part-time IT contractor, and of all things, a wedding photographer! Through this experience, I found myself drawing out the best from my clients through patient, supportive, and caring direction. I can take some great images, but the real difference I made, was in their experience of their wedding day. Moving on, I was again lucky enough to find myself running a successful small business in the heart of Providence, RI, and designing creative, engaging, and challenging immersive puzzles for a very broad audience. Looking back, the most valuable thing I took with me, was potent interaction design experience, having tens-of-thousands of people, try a puzzle you've built from scratch! At Unruly Studios, I have again been very lucky, to have the opportunity to develop, and iterate quickly, a unique educational technology solution pairing active play with easy to learn coding concepts. In the process, I am able to interface with hundreds of educators across the US and Canada, and be able to action on their feedback, leveraging the rest of the awesome Unruly humans I have the pleasure to work with.
