I created one of Chicago's largest autism fundraisers that has gone from a grassroots affair to a celebrity-filled media event. The event takes place every spring and has raised almost three quarters of a million dollars to help families affected by autism. This event was created to educate family and friends about autism as my daughter was diagnosed with autism in the fall of 2006. She has since recovered with the help of traditional therapies, bio-medical treatments and a lot of hard work. eRecyclingCorps believes that by transforming the wireless device ecosystem into an opportunity for renewal, reuse and recycling, we’re not only benefiting the environment, but creating an economic opportunity that rewards everyone who participates.Over 130 million cell phones are replaced every year in the United States as cell phone subscribers pursue new features, new fashion trends, or simply need to replace a broken unit. Historically, subscribers have disregarded these replaced units. Cell phones are tossed into a desk drawer or closet, where a valuable piece of electronics and engineering wastes away. The EPA estimates that over 1 Billion replaced cell phones have accumulated in households across the US and likely will end up in landfills rather than being reused or recycled appropriately. With the vast majority of phone replacement occurring within Tier 1 Wireless Carrier channels, federal and state environmental agencies are increasingly looking to the Tier 1 Cellular Providers to solve this problem.

•Responsible for managing all of the T-Mobile divisions within the Midwest to continually develop the ongoing relationships to help increase and generate sales. •Create strategic sales contests and incentive programs to motivate front line employees to ensure increased sales of new product line.•Continuously train and educate all levels of T-Mobile employees in both small and large settings on features, functionality and benefits of entire product roadmap. •Develop a thorough understanding of customers needs and utilize the information to promote Samsung product sales as a solution to their requests.•Accountable for the 40% of sales in the central region due to managing the top ten markets within region which consist of 45 markets.•Completed 2011 with 42% market share at T-Mobile•Achieved 50% market share at T-Mobile during Q4 2011•Achieved 56% market share and 59% Smartphone revenue share for Q1 2012

•Solicited and signed the largest local master agent in the Central region which put me over quota and part of the Pinnacle Club.•Responsible for creating new sales program in a stagnet local market which significantly raised handset sales to record numbers.•Recruited from the Radio Shack account to use my extensive relationship skills and wireless knowledge to help grow the local market accounts.•Worked with the Radio Shack District Manager and Regional Sales Manager to implement sales programs that motivated the sales associates to sell Sprint over other wireless carriers.•Turned the Chicago Radio Shack market around and raised their handset sales to the highest level in company history, 125% of quota and won the yearly “Sprint to Vegas” sales trip for the two consecutive years it was offered.
