Manage the day to day Operations of Field Personal

-Manage Construction Supervisors within the Eastern Regions. Plan, manage and direct the overall Construction of Distribution system mains & Service lines for new construction, renewal work and any compliance related requirements.- Provides Construction support and assistance to other Departments as required. Manage contracts with Blanket & Bid Contractors. -Foster relationships with officials in Municipal, County and State government agencies-Plan/Manage Construction Activities Eastern Divisions. Manage supervisory and/or non-supervisory employees and contractors engaged in the operation and maintenance of natural gas handling facilities and related equipment. Ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation and installation of natural gas. Monitor and inspects job sites, facilities and databases to ensure company procedures are being followed and that compliance is maintained relative to all applicable local, state and federal regulatory requirements. Maintain a proactive planning and scheduling process to effectively utilize manpower and complete tasks within the time schedules established. Develop, implement and monitor budgets for O and M and Capital Projects. Communicate across varied disciplines to complete tasks and resolve issues with landowners, regulatory personnel, contractors and company employees. Train and coache direct reports to enhance job performance and ensure qualification to perform required tasks. Administer and adhere to company policies and the union contract. Direct work groups and job functions across multiple work locations and/or multiple functional disciplines.

-Oversee the day to day Construction of underground gas utility infrastucture for residential, commercial, and industrial properties; Assign work to contractors, monitor budgets, review and approve work orders, approve invoices in accordance with authorization approval policies. -Provide direction for construction coordinators and support personnel in accomplishing tasks; Influence contractors to represent the company by shadowing corporate values. Assist, and prepare bids, contracts with overall cost results. -Oversee employee's and contractors with performance in the installation/repair of gas facilities; Respond to emergencies within Company Divisions. - Supervised replacement of all low pressure infrastructure within barrier islands, Atlantic City, Ventnor, Margate & Longport NJ (Storm Hardening and Reliability Program) Responsible for the replacement of $103.5 million to enhance and protect its infrastructure in advance of future weather events.- Supervised (Accelerated Infrastructure Replacement Program) in replacement of Mains and Services within Atlantic Division

- Pre-Survey job location, make calls to utility companies to locate facilitiesCommunicate with superintendent the needs for the specific jobs. Prepare manpower, equipment and material, Conduct job site safety evaluation daily, Manage the crew to work in a safe manner following all OSHA and company safety practices.-Manage crew to optimize production and profitability installing natural gas facilities.-Maintain all paperwork as directed including timesheets, Job site safety and tailgate talk documentation, as-builts and daily production reports, Secure work site at the end of each shift to ensure public safety and security of equipment and materials.Operate Backhoes, Tools Work Aids: Jack Hammers, Chop Saws, Tampers, Rollers, Vibratory Plates, Water Pump, Air Ventilator, Gas Monitors, Basic Hand Tools
