Management of several consulting projects, where I had the following responsibilities and/or objectives:1) Design of the investment strategy of an investment fund in Angola; 2) Design of the business plan of a microcredit institution;3) Financial advisory in an IPO;4) Analysis and indicate evaluation of several targets for an international investment fund;5) Compliance analysis of the chart of accounts of the largest private insurance company working in Angola;6) Implementation of an ESG (environmental, social and governance) structure on a relevant bank; and7) Participation in the Especial Audit under the Law n.º15/2019.Moreover, as part of the manager's functions and responsibilities, I also exercise the financial management of my engagements (billing and accounts receivable, expenses and hours' control, amongst others), team' management and relationship management with the client.

Main projects developed:- Financial consultancy for the creation of real estate investment funds (REIT) in Angola;- Analysis of the economic and financial viability of a loan portfolio, mainly composed by agricultural projects, of a large Angolan Bank;- Analysis and classification of forbearance, non performing exposures and default in relation to a portfolio of credits of a large Portuguese Bank, according to the regulation issued by EBA; and- Analysis and validation of a financial model of a project finance of a motorway located in Portugal.

Main experience and activities:- Auditing financial statements of financial companies in various clients located both in Portugal and Angola;- Individual credit analysis in order to evaluate the probability of default and the value of impairment for each client acording to notice 3/95 from Bank of Portugal;- Advising a major portuguese bank concluding the impact of impairment calculation between the portuguese regulation (ETRICC) and ECB regulation (asset quality review);- Development of risk and control matrix; - Theoretical training in the internal audit department of a leading Angolan bank concerning to International Audit Standards and Accounting Standards;- Internal control testing with the objective of understanding if the control activities are correctly designed and implemented in order to mitigate risks identified in each department;- Leading financial audit teams for statutory and consolidated purposes based in IFRS requirements; and- Debt restructuring in a major Bank;
