I am pleased to be studying Computer Science and Engineering at IST-UL, which is undeniably one of the best engineering universities in Portugal. I also feel incredibly proud to have worked as a volunteer many times in the past. It provided me with a sense of purpose and community. It taught me valuable skills.I use my free time to expand my knowledge and distract myself. I write short stories, improve my coding skills, watch videos about the process of making games and so on. Storytelling and programming have been my guiding pillars for a few years.At this point in time, I am looking for a summer internship that gives me the chance to explore an interesting field (anything video game-related would be ideal). I'm especially interested in doing that before I finish my master’s degree.Ultimately, my goal is to work as a game developer at a renowned studio. There is still a lot to be done and improved, but I believe I am doing what needs to be done to get there. Plus, I already have an excellent skill set.
