Led the overarching LLM-related initiatives with Talkdesk’s AI unit. With the very clear goal of infusing AI across all of Talkdesk products (AI and non-AI) a new AI Platform was created that abstracted engineering teams from generative AI complexities, while providing out of the box integrations with LLM solutions, Guardrails, Feedback and Observability.Onboarded a new Associate Product Manager to assist with the AI Launchpad product while assisting in his growth and independence

With the growth of Talkdesk’s AI product portfolio came the need for a better and more scalable customer onboarding and ramp-up solution. AI Launchpad was then developed that allowed new and existing customers to self-serve in configuring and managing all of their AI products. Product was brought from ideation to generally available in a very short period and with great customer adoptionOnboarded a new Associate Product Manager to assist with Interaction Analytics day to day activities, while maintaining a high-level intervention regarding the product roadmap prioritization and alignment with other product team members

Led the Interaction Analytics product from ideation to generally available and making it the top-seller AI product at Talkdesk through initiatives such as the pioneering of product led growth strategy with the help of a best-in-class agile team. Also lead, later in the period, the CX Sensors product from Talkdesk's AI product portfolio to general availability

At CEiiA I was a member of the analytics team, as a Senior BI analyst, whose mission was the re-design of the data warehouse, which involved migrating from an Oracle environment (database + and analytics engine - obiee) to a real-time stream analysis architecture. At this time, the data science sub-area of the analytics system was also further developed leveraging the newly implemented real-time architecture.

Project encompassing the development of high-visibility reports in the Oracle BI infrastructure along with other ad-hoc tasks regarding already existent reports' bug-fixing.

Business Intelligence consultant, working with technologies such as OBIEE 11g, OBIP 11g, OWB 11g, PL/SQL. As a small data-warehousing team but with a high visibility system, the job consisted in translating the business needs into technical requirements and then define the implementation strategy and build the end to end solution. The team was also responsible for building and executing a strategy to phase-out most of the system’s administration tasks to a third-party leaving the teams’ resources more time to focus on developing the system to further drive management decisions.
