Led the overarching LLM-related initiatives with Talkdesk’s AI unit. With the growth of Talkdesk’s AI product portfolio came the need for a better and more scalable customer onboarding and ramp-up solution. AI Launchpad was then developed that allowed new and existing customers to self-serve in configuring and managing all of their AI products. Product was brought from ideation to generally available in a very short period and with great customer adoptionOnboarded a new Associate Product Manager to assist with Interaction Analytics day to day activities, while maintaining a high-level intervention regarding the product roadmap prioritization and alignment with other product team members

Led the Interaction Analytics product from ideation to generally available and making it the top-seller AI product at Talkdesk through initiatives such as the pioneering of product led growth strategy with the help of a best-in-class agile team. Also lead, later in the period, the CX Sensors product from Talkdesk's AI product portfolio to general availability

At CEiiA I was a member of the analytics team, as a Senior BI analyst, whose mission was the re-design of the data warehouse, which involved migrating from an Oracle environment (database + and analytics engine - obiee) to a real-time stream analysis architecture. At this time, the data science sub-area of the analytics system was also further developed leveraging the newly implemented real-time architecture.
