Makes strategic decisions for workloads and updating content based on analytics, market trends, and technology capabilities.Re-envisioned and overhauled structure of the technical publications department in multiple areas, including:► Transformed outdated quarterly content delivery system into content-on-demand (just in time publishing/delivery) through transitioning to a more modern, robust technical documentation portal and team format.o Decreased writing turnaround time by 60% while maintaining quality through embedding writers in engineering content teams, removing structural roadblocks, and rearchitecting content delivery into scalable processes.o Paved the way for tech writing team to go from an ‘outside team’ to members being an integral, respected part of the engineering process who develop content at the same time engineers develop features. o Wrote a business case for capital investment of $100k.
