I am an agile coach with an emphasis on BA/QA disciplines. I currently work with 25 + project teams on building BA and QA skills through training, coaching and mentoring. I work with all roles from Business Product Owners to Developers. I facility activities such as, grooming, iteration/spring planning, retrospectives, communities of practice, lunch & learns, learning cohorts, training workshops and book clubs.

Lead analyst in transforming the organizational processes for requirements and test automation in preparation for continuous integration/delivery across 24 project teams. Project involves identifing and modeling Business Processes, defining documentation standards, high level testing strategy and tool selection, implementation strategy, and team training.

Work closely with team of software developers, managers, database administrators, and other business analysts on a new web-based billing system, from the ground floor, to consolidate multiple Legacy systems into one application. Gather detailed business requirements, define project scope, plan release schedule, create prototypes, write design documentation, and flowchart business functionality. Identify Q.A. testing considerations and develop training documentation for end users. Present demonstrations on system functionality to senior level management and provide critical support to end users during this large scale, three-year project. System and process expert on legacy applications.

Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the church accounting records and filing the appropriate tax forms with the IRS. Develop yearly budget analysis and assist in creating next year's budget. Provide additional reports as requested. Oversee the financing of oversea mission trips.

Coordinated site implementations at new properties monthly. Worked with product, development, and operations managers on VES and Legacy System goals and assisted department in maintaining SLS standards. Trained new implementation coordinators and delivered customer facing training for implementations. Consulted with V.P. of Account Management to resolve client issues and to determine scalability of system enhancement requests.

Motivate and lead team to maintain equipment collection levels of 90% and aging accounts over 60 days under .7% of $3.2 million in Monthly revenue. Develop yearly budget for Houston Market ($2.4 million yearly revenue), forecast monthly revenue, sales and operating expenses, and provide monthly revenue analysis for Dallas and Houston markets. Generate ad hoc queries from various databases using oracle SQL and MS SQL Server. Grande Communications purchased Advantex Communications in October 2003. Advantex Communications was formed when Coserv Communications was released from bankruptcy in December 2002.
