The first 9 month I was running a 1 L Tetra Pak filler. Then I moved back to to the process and where I was running filtration Plant (UF), skim Pasteur and production Pasteur. I also mixed and added Bacteria culture to milk. As and when also testing new product with the RD department.

Tavlov was Arlas new Cheese Dairy build from the ground up. When 2 colleague and I started in the Process at Tavlov, we spend the first month in a class room learning about the new machines, Automations, hygiene, fault finding, ISO and HACCP. When back at Tavlov I spend a lot of training hours with Automation staff from APV learning to run Production.

Started as filler operator on a filler filling 500 ml cups with Cream Fraiche. After 1 year was involved in a project with a new filler from Ampack to fill 150 ml cups with Gaio and Yoghurt. While the project was ongoing I also got involved in first ISO and later HACCP on site. In 1997 I moved into the Process Control Room where I was running filtration.
