In Cubion I worked as a Senior Consultant with a primary focus on re-educating teachers. I taught courses in: Multiple Intelligences, Learning Styles, Cooperative Learning, Flow and Inquiry-based approaches.During this period I wrote the book "Den spørgende lærer" (The inquiring teacher).

Middle school with lessons in primary and special education. In 2003 I was part of establishing a new school (Elkjaer School) and we rooted the pedagogy there around "Learning Styles" and "Cooperative Learning". I was very active in the development of the school's pedagogy. In 2006 I created and starred in the TV2 program "PlanB". I took 9 non-conforming 8th graders out of school for a month and proved that if the teachers could change the pedagogy towards their learning preferences, they could learn as fast as anyone. This gave much attention and was a highly popular program that year. Pedagogical methods used were mostly "Learning Styles" and integrated "Flow" theory.
