Applying sales history, statistical models and weahter in the calculation.- Challange Sales department in order to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast - Drive the supply chain agenda in the innovation process together with the Brand building team.- Obsolete management, reducing obsoletes and destruction to a minimum with close colaboration with sourcing units.- Analyzing, and delivering KPI´s such as Volume Bias, Volume Accuracy, stock Availability and Stock Cover Optimization- proactivly Identify service risks together with sourcing units and share this with the rest of the business.
