Manage client/agency relations and projects for key clients. Work collaboratively with client leadership, lead agency resources and service providers to develop organizational and product objectives, strategies and tactics to deliver effective sales, marketing and communications tools.

Deliver sales/marketing services to bank and credit union clients. Act as extension of client marketing department to devise highly effective strategies for marketing products to customers. Orchestrate daily management of marketing solutions including go-to-market strategies, sales training, tools, pricing and profitability. Manage day-to-day activities of marketing team to improve service delivery and performance. Collaborate on direction of all functional business areas such as operations, technology, client management, analytics, contact center and production. Team with clients to sell, develop and implement best possible marketing solutions.
