U.S. Africa Command's directorate for strategy, engagements and programs is comprised of dedicated, customer-focused individuals who provide services and products to help ensure a more stable and secure Africa. The directorate develops strategic guidance, plans military campaigns and operations, and conducts security cooperation activities within the area of responsibility to deter and defeat transnational threats and enable environments conducive to good governance and development.

Represent the Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) Law Enforcement (LE) Division in the position of policy analyst, as subject matter expert (SME) on LE related regulations. Serve as the carrying of firearms, use of force, less than lethal weapons, and protection of Federal witnesses on Army installations SME, along with responsibilities as the Army "Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act" and "Law Enforcement Defense Data Exchange" Program Manager. Serve as the Staff Action Control Officer (SACO) for LE Division, responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing taskings, utilizing the Army's Task Management Tool (TMT) platform. Serve as the alternate SACO for the OPMG Operations Division which includes Army Corrections Command, Criminal Investigation Division Command, Antiterrorism Division, and Physical Security Division. Conduct analysis of, and staff as appropriate, all incoming draft regulations, directives, instructions, and policies. Coordinate with Army stakeholders and interagency/cross-service staffs for the coordination and production of applicable policies and procedures, as required by Army 25 series regulations, and in accordance with guidelines established by the Army Publishing Directorate. Serve as the Army Program manager for the Unique Federal Agency Number program, while providing quality control by processing requests of deserter apprehension from Military Police Brigades, pertaining to prisoner escort missions on commercial flights. Maintain security clearance and building access while employed at the Pentagon. Provide motivation and excellent communication throughout the OPMG, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and focus. Conduct meetings with high-ranking military officers and senior level staff throughout Army departments. Utilize skills to develop detailed Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint spreadsheets and presentations.

Analyzed data regarding presidential candidates’ policies and legislation. Communicated effectively with team members to organize effective presentations and training programs. Demonstrated superior knowledge in research capabilities involving specific campaign programs, policy debates, and views related to the 2016 presidential candidates. Assisted in processes required for presentations from the team to successfully implement training and research. Implemented skills to successfully create documents utilizing programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, which exceeded the requirements and the supervisor’s standards.

Pursued studies in the cyber security/antiterrorism field through the Warrior to Cyber Warrior (W2CW) Program located in Arlington, Virginia. W2CW is a high demanding program rewarding individuals with the determination and skills to excel in the cyber security field. Earning Security Plus level knowledge, along with entry level experience in the cyber security and information security analyst field. Currently possess an A Plus certification, along with other computer programming experiences of which were brought to the program.

Served as a member of The Old Guard, the official escort to the President of the United States. Assisted the President of the United States Barack Obama, Vice President Joseph Biden, Medal of Honor recipients, foreign dignitaries from Turkey, South Korea, and other foreign countries, and numerous state officials. Developed, coordinated, and implemented matters of special operations plans (OPLANS), policy, exercises, and strategy as they related to special operations in my area of responsibility. Reviewed and analyzed OPLANS for suitability, feasibility, acceptability, technical accuracy, adequacy, and integration of special mission operations content. Led, supervised, developed programs, utilized sources, analyzed intelligence, and served as a member of an infantry unit of 120 persons, employing individual weapons, machine guns, and anti-armor weapons in offensive and defensive ground combat. Provided security throughout the national capital region including the training of Soldiers, combat response drills, national disaster assistance, and personal security for visiting foreign dignitaries and state officials. Experienced in the use of individual infantry weapons, performing land navigation, operating wheeled vehicles for transportation, and preventative maintenance on weapons, equipment, and vehicles. Proficient in the use of maps, map overlays, and first aid. Developed six team leaders, four full fire team elements, and ensured the welfare and training of Soldiers as a squad leader for The Old Guard. Participated in over 250 ceremonial missions consisting of foreign dignitaries, President Obama, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Graduated with honors from the Noncommissioned Officer Academy, earning a place among top students on the commandant’s list. Monitored and provided inventory on over $3,000,000 worth of weapons and mission essential equipment, resulting in 100 percent accountability throughout my military career.

Provided oversight of tactical missions, and supervised a unit of 10 persons as an infantry team leader. Represented the United States government throughout several European countries to include but not limited to; Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, and Austria. Duties included maintaining physical fitness, maintaining constant security awareness, tactical security training, tactical site exploitation, and supervision of soldiers.

Infantry team leader in support of Operation Enduring Freedom X, located in Wardak province (Tangi valley), Afghanistan. Duties consisted of foot patrols resulting in life and death decisions on a daily basis, tactical security supervision, superior knowledge of communications in a combat theatre, and oversight of Afghan security forces. Responsible for $5,000,000 worth of United States government equipment, resulting in zero losses upon conclusion of 12 month deployment. Accomplished year long deployment supervising a fire team, resulting in zero deaths/casualties throughout the year. Concluded deployment with a rating of "successful, above and beyond the standards" for Operation Enduring Freedom X in support of the Global War on Terrorism.

Trained in numerous tasks in order to become proficient at any assigned tasks given to a Soldier. Developed team work abilities which led to overcoming all obstacles assigned to any member of the team at any given period. Maintained a high level of morale for the platoon, and provided support for fellow Soldiers.

Assisted and trained personnel in a crucial part of the manufacturing process with Electrolux home products production facility.

Supervised and trained employees on evening shifts, while maintaining financially responsibly for daily finances and inventory in excess of $20,000.
