I’ve spent most of my career working alongside developers, helping bridge the gaps between technology and people. In that time, I’ve lead and been part of multiple teams including operations management, technical support, customer success and project management. I'm interested in helping teams find the optimal way to do things and love getting my hands dirty with new tools and processes. The common theme in all of my roles is enablement - whether that’s helping customers get the best from a product or empowering internal teams to do their best work.I have significant experience of managing people in highly distributed, remote-first companies. Collaborating with others is where I’m at my best and I enjoy connecting, motivating and supporting people in remote cultures.
