Direct Covenant’s Facilities Department. Oversee the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators. Manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds and related contracts, including leases. Oversee contractors and professionals for facility renovation projects including HVAC, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. Liaison with local officials, state regulators, and certification inspectors. Plan, initiate and accomplish Covenant organizational goals as related to Facilities and Capital. Maximize Covenant’s supply chain efficiency and effectiveness in meeting the demands of the organization. Execute strategic programs. Negotiate supplier contracts, creating and analyzing bids and making recommendations as to how to grow and improve the business through strategic sourcing.During my tenure, I have completed multiple large construction and renovation projects, including the building of inpatient care facilities and office buildings and conducted RFPs for major supplier contracts. I report to the Chief Financial Officer.
