•Supervise customer experience scores & implement new strategies•Strategize new ideas to improve and increase CEM scores in Speed of Service, Order Accuracy, Taste(of food), Attentiveness & Courteous, & Cleanliness

•Perform excellent customer services by greeting guests, taking orders, and completing transactions on P.O.S. registers•Operating an efficient drive-thru window service by handing out meals and accepting payments in a rapid but friendly order•Work in a team setting in order to increase efficiency and increase customer experience scores•Other duties include unloading deliveries and maintaining a clean store environment.

•Create an unforgettable experience with clients by connecting on a personal level before, while, and after photographing•Photograph clients using DSLR camera and post process with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop•Upload and deliver final images using Pixieset•Manage social media(Instagram & Facebook) by creating and posting content, engaging with clients, and growing an organic following of 1500+ followers with an engagement rate of 10-30%•Design brand suite including logo, website, business cards, business flyers, guides using Adobe Illustrator and Squarespace

•Responsible for maintaining all social media platforms (official SPB website, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)•Report to the VP for Marketing and Assessment in all projects assigned. •Maintain current knowledge of University of Houston events such as University updates, athletic events and others to update social media.•Responsible in the creation of updated brand for the organization and creating brand awareness•Create content & graphics to inform, recruit, and entertain members & students•Attend weekly and bi-weekly meetings with entire board and executive cabinet•Recruit university students in attending events & joining organization (becoming members)• Upon request, can provide collaborative events for students on campus.

•Assist in posting content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter•Rebranded organization by creating templates, selecting color palette, fonts, and style.•Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and following content•Grow an organic following by targeting university students
