Project managing the Disability Football Development Fund project across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. Responsible for the increase in provision, participation and affiliated disability football teams. Responsible for day to day running of the project including budget management, creating partnerships, attaining and exceeding targets, annual reporting to National Management, providing coach education opportunities to volunteers, league secretary for two disability football leagues, volunteer recruitment and management, regional lead on Talent Identification Programme and responsible for everything from gaining funding, advertising and recruiting the right players, managing the event and monitoring and evaluating the programme performance. Promotion and advertising of the programme is key. This includes devising campaign strategies to utilise a range of markets such as social media, radio, written and website platforms to ensure a the product is in the public eye and able to reach the correct target audience far and wide.
