I have worked in an I.T. related field for the past ten years, building on a 4 year Engineering Apprenticeship and moving into a dedicated I.T. role in 2001. In 2004 I was promoted to Domain Administrator and was responsible for the UK side of a worldwide Active Directory of which the UK was 400 users and 600 computers. During 2004/05 I was a key member in a team responsible for relocating the company whilst maintaining operational functionality.Before I was even in a dedicated I.T. role, I was developing web pages for various friends and family and in 1997, building upon a knowledge of Visual Basic, began to create ASP scripts and websites. This was expanded to include PHP scripting in 1999 and now includes object orientated PHP coding and some ASP.NET knowledge. I switched to a pure Web Design/Development role in 2007 and continue to expand my current skill set.
