With over ten years experience in education, my primary passion is supporting students as they navigate myriad obstacles to academic success and personal growth. I have taught in the classroom, run after school programs, coordinated summer camps, and I am now working in higher education to support students' pursuit of basic needs at the university level. I am a firm believer in the power of education, and I think every student deserves equal opportunity to the resources an institution provides. Working with students provides the opportunity for my own continual development as a professional, and I have honed my leadership skills to impact others positively and compassionately. In the years to come, I look forward to taking on additional responsibilities to broaden my reach with the students on campus.
