I am a passionate person who believes that people can change and improve as long as they are given the right environment and motivation. This is shown in my work in leadership development and as a rugby coach. I work with leaders throughout the organization with experience as an executive coach of a global CEO as well as leading workshops to front line supervisors. With Innovative Thought, we have built long-term relationships with our clients and only apply individualized approaches based on our understanding of their organization.Innovative Thought has two primary consulting practices. The first is specializing in smart and creative companies. These are organizations that rely on their human capital to compete such as professional service firms, and where getting a head involves developing deep expertise. We support the development of organizational structures that meet organization’s strategic goals as well as helping leaders create high performing teams. Working with the super smart in development takes a very different approach than normal programming.The second practice area is innovation leadership. While there has been a huge amount of investment by organizations in process and technology for innovation, there has not been much investment on the people side. With our partnership with Carnegie Mellon and Penn State Universities, we have had access to some of the leading thinkers on innovation and the latest research. We have been able to apply the research to help our clients identify, recruit and develop the best leaders to drive innovation through their organization.
