My recent roles have been in the field of User Experience, User Interface Design and Solution Design. Before moving to this area I worked as a Graphic Designer which gave me a clear understanding and rationalisation of the creative process. Taking this knowledge into my User Experience Design role has provided a firm foundation in terms of designing intuitive solutions that balance the requirements and expectations of the user, and the integration of new innovitive UX methodologies that take modern technology and marketing techniques into account.In the last 10-15 years the landscape of UX Design has changed completely, with usability and compatibility being the most important factors in the current environment. These are the areas is have naturally migrated to, particulary around the use of an agile, task driven approach to designing for different browsers, devices and mobiles.
