Here, I played a major role in the transition of the company's flagship CTRM application from its existing VB6 code base to C#. I managed the full deployment cycle ensuring clients received the latest updates to schedule with the minimum impact to their users and their business. I worked closely with the development team testing new features and enhancements and feeding back issues to ensure they were resolved prior to the software’s release. This gave me an in-depth knowledge of the new product which I was able to pass on to clients through post deployment demos, during which I was able to help users make the most of new features and help them to integrate them in their processes or workflows. These demos often lead to the exploration of possible bespoke development projects which I worked with the development team to put into production. A number of these projects have resulted in significant revenue growth. I also worked within the helpdesk and acted as the sole point of contact for the new application, I managed reported application issues, worked with the development team to ensure their resolution to the satisfaction of the client and coordinated the deployment of hotfixes where required.

This role was key for me, I provided instrumental support as one of a four-person training team, delivering both standard classroom and bespoke training courses to a diverse range of clients at their individual sites. As part of my role, I performed a full training needs analysis to establish client requirements whilst continually developing and improving existing courses and accompanying documentation, maximising any customer's return on their training investment. I also worked closely with the customer queries team to unlock new opportunities whilst also collaborating with the Development team to test updates and new products.

Within this role, I partnered with external software Developers to design a bespoke customer database, defined requirements and oversaw testing phases to ensure the development and implementation of robust solutions in line with business needs. I was responsible for developing detailed user manuals and drew up internal staff training plans to support internal team development. Throughout, I oversaw the delivery of a broad range of end-to-end projects including the design and implementation of customer-facing processes and documentation to enhance efficiency, reducing touchpoints and enhancing customer satisfaction. One of my key achievements in this position was that I led a complete overhaul and redesign of all internal company manuals as well as writing marketing materials for the company website. I also successfully designed a bespoke customer database which, after extensive testing delivered a final product that exceeded all expectations not only in its functionality but in its accuracy and quality.

This role was interesting as I initially joined the business on maternity cover contract and was made permanent within six months. I successfully delivered training courses on database software applications to clients, both on-site and at Ceridian. I was recognised for developing a suite of bespoke courses outside of Ceridian's normal portfolio to suit client's niche and bespoke requirements. During my time int his position, I successfully achieved 96% positive feedback from Training delegates consecutively against a target of 90% through demonstrating excellent communication, relationship building and customer service skills.
