Responsibilities:Managed allocation of resources and materials within FIFO arrangements and following schedule requirements and reported daily progress reports to the site supervisor.Relocated power, instrumentation, backup power generation during FIFO campaign while working in conjunction with Op’s to ensure production wasn’t affected by tasks being undertaken. Terminated instruments, motors, distribution boards, motor control centre (MCC’s), light and power. Conducted upstream commissioning to site requirements.Installed electrical equipment for new accommodation and compression module, applying a sound understanding of all Ex protection techniques. Commissioned electrical equipment, including point to point/insulation resistance tests, phase rotation, dry loop and function tests. Achievements:Completed the project on time, within 11 months and to the client's satisfaction.Maintained zero lost-time injuries by preparing, obtaining permits and job-specific JHA’s while paying close attention to find defects on all electrical equipment.Met all safety standards and procedures on-site and while in transit via helicopter.
