Responsible for teaching the capstone, thesis-level course for all graduating M.A. Leadership students. Taught 10-15 students per semester the Action Research Method of problem solving, and coached them as they utilized this method to consult with actual organizations outside of class.

Created, launched, and led a variety of initiatives and programs to provide care and crisis-management for 4000+ member church.
