I’m a student in the UC Berkeley Post-Baccalaureate Program in Psychology (expected completion June 2025), which will prepare me for an eventual Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I am particularly interested in idiographic dynamics of affective regulation, clinical treatment development and implementation, individual differences in emotional experience, and applied theories of intra- and interpersonal compassion. Ultimately, my goal is to help us better understand how people experience, cope with, and express their thoughts and feelings, both as individuals and in relation to one another, in order to promote peace and harmony within and among our selves and our communities. I also maintain a very focused (limited) college counseling caseload; this is my tenth year advising applicants to college (and their families). I am grateful that my caseload is currently full.
