Senior Executive with 20+ years of experience in Retail Real Estate in Europe, North America and Asia.Peter is currently based in New York and the EVP of Luxury & International Leasing at Simon Property Group, the largest Retail Real Estate company in the world. As member of the Executive Commitee his focus is on the Leasing and Asset management of the Premium Outlet US and International portfolio. He leads the Luxury Leasing team to develop, manage and maintain excellent commercial relationships with over 180 fashion / luxury brands; and also oversees the leasing of Simon's International Premium Outlet business in Europe, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico as well new markets.Prior to Simon, Peter was based in France and the Group Commercialisation and Leasing Director at Value Retail where he was responsible for managing key brand relationships and managing the leasing of Value Retail's Outlet Villages across Europe and the new developments in China.Earlier in his career Peter was again based in New York as Director of Global Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield, and prior an Acquisition Manager for Costa Coffee/Whitbread based in London.Peter is English, Married and has two children.
