Peter is a Partner and Chairman of the Tax Department of the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, with offices in Manchester, New Hampshire and Boston Massachusetts. He has been engaged in providing tax advice exclusively since 1984. His practice covers a wide range of tax matters, including complex corporate and partnership transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs and tax-free reorganizations. He also has considerable experience in taxation of timber and tax-exempt organizations. Peter has represented major private and public companies throughout his career. He is also a frequent contributor to professional journals and speaks often at tax conferences.
