After a formative year in Australia at the end of my secondary education, which helped me to transition from annoying brat to less-annoying young adult, I did a Bachelors degree in Biology.Upon finishing the Bachelors Degree, I realized that, while interesting and fascinating, Biology, by itself, woke no passion in me.Which leads me to my second year in the Bordeaux Bioinformatics Master Degree, combining my passion for computers and technology with my interest in biology to form what I believe will be a worthwhile career.I've yet to truly specialize, but I understand the underlying logic of programming languages, and can thus pick pretty much any of them up with a bit of practice.After a year and a half at the Center for Bioinformatics of Bordeaux as a Research Engineer, I was recruited as a software engineer for RapidiOnline.Other than that, I am a curious, open-minded and focused person, keeping up to date with the latest developments in various fields for fun (I'd add " and profit", but I have yet to figure that part out...), and have recently started down the path of 3D printing, winning second place in a design competition that earned me a 3D printer :)Of course, I still hold high hopes for my number one dream, Overlord Of Earth, but being a software engineer (and founding my own start-up in the future) is a close second !
