With a group of well-known experts in the Credit Management Industry I try to share my knowledge about data management and analytics related to credit managment services with the participants. Sometimes offline, sometimes online, it is a great challange to make this topic interesting and entertaining. By letting people cooperate in small teams and share their thoughts and ideas with each other, it is always a great moment when people are happy and motivated after my classes.

As the Data Steward of the Hungarian entity I am responsible for the data integrity, quality and completeness of data of the organization at market level and I am representing the entity at group level (at data governance council, data and analytics forums and central data lake / data warehouse topics). By cooperating with stakeholders locally and centrally and by aligning the different data related needs (technical, business and compliance), my objective is to drive and support the local and global data strategy resulting in better and faster decisions and generating a positive financial impact at all levels of the organizations.

Within the confines of the Group's Next Generation Program, I am the mentor of our local junior analyst trainee and an exchange trainee during his/her stay in Budapest. I am responsible for the smooth integration and the professional development (skills and competencies, soft skills, business knowledge, etc.) of the trainees. I follow their progress and support the determination of the scope of the local program.

In this role my Teams' efforts are focused on data and data analytics. We handle the company's data (clean, store, move, report, visualise, plan and build data warehouses, KPI structures, automatic / ad-hoc / one-time reports to both internal and external customers). On the other hand we try to understand the trends, results by deep-diving into data (data science and statistical analyses, scoring, capacity planning, performance measurement, etc.) and we propose actions to improve the company's performance by using advanced analytical tools and approaches.

Leading the Business Analysis Team (part of Business Development Unit) responsible for scoring, pricing, process optimization, capacity planning, predictive analysis, statistical analysis, segmentation and classification. Empowering, coaching and giving freedom to people to achieve results. Working closely with Operations, Sales and IT departments to improve business performance.

Part of Schneider LEAD programme; Participation in GO-Live & Development of unique Global Manufacturing Cost database; Collection, consolidation and analysis of manufacturing costs from 100+ plants globally; Preparation of manufacturing cost Evolution - between current and next year - Analysis and Communication to whole Schneider Group; Responsible for the Quality of the costs in the database as the starting point of the Group's Performance Measurement as well as Price and Margin calculation; Forex impact analyses on both Supply Chain and Operations side; Handling tables with Millions of Records to prepare Short, Clear and Meaningful Reports with Business Sense to Top Managers of different areas; Database Administration tasks: Animation – trainings, presentations, userguides, control of accesses; Development – preparation of Change Requests, testing, Implementation; Point of Contact for plants, logistics and commercial entities and hundreds of Users.

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual VAT returns, reports, analyses. Processing of payments, refunds; preparation of financial reports and statements. Building and maintaining relationship with the representatives of the foreign subsidiaries of IBM, resolution of ad hoc problems.

Participation in the preparation of financial reports to national and international controllers, preparation of project related financial reports and statements, member of the team organising the WIRE2011 EU conference, translation from/to English and French, data collection, analysis and processing.
