Graduated in 2012, shortly after began working in the Marketing Department at The Pen Warehouse, starting as a Marketing Assistant, followed by a Customer Marketing Executive role and finally Marketing Analyst. Day-to-day tasks varied across most segments of Marketing, including direct marketing, Exhibition logistics and data analystics.In September 2015 I began working for Rentokil Initial as a Market & Customer Analyst, providing data analysis & insights to the marketing & innovation teams, local markets and C-suite. Additionally I coordinate & maintain the global NPS program.Through the net Promoter score program I was involved in the development of customer experience and customer journey mapping. Including segmentation and profiling.In October 2018 the role evolved into Market Insight manager, with increased focus on customer insight, data analysis and strategy support.Other areas of analytics include predictive analytics, such as market growth forecasts.Primary and secondary research has also been used throughout my career to support the analytical insights and provide a comprehensive report / dashboard.
