I am responsible for growing and developing the commercial sales side of the business.

I was asked to take on the role of Store Manager at the St Neots branch to focus on 'turning around' the branch performance and produce results. The store has consistently performed in excess of targets since my appointment. My day-day to duties include all the below with the additional responsibility of all financial management.

In 2005 I was promoted to the position of Reception Manager alongside my existing role as duty manager. There were 2 other duty managers and I was selected to take up the additional duties. In my capacity as reception manager my tasks included the following additional responsibilities; Sole responsibility for the Golf Reception where all bookings were.

This role was part of a team of 3 duty managers. The position entailed, directly dealing with customer complaints. I was a Key holder and on alarm call-out duty. Responsible for organising golf days and competitions.
