Had profit centre accountability for Utilitech, an industry training provider. During my time with Vector, we downsized following the implementation of the Government's electricity industry reforms and the resultant sale of the Mercury Energy retail business to Mighty River Power, and then grew through acquisition of UnitedNetworks and NGC to become the country's largest energy infrastructure company

I purchased a 50% equity in this business ( a below the line advertising agency) and assumed accountability for all back office functions. I sold my share realizing a 20% profit on the investment having helped increase revenues and profitability
