- Responsible for coordinating St John NSW’s various deployments in support of NSW Health, including liaison with NSW Health, management of staffing rosters, management of deployment operations and logistics, manage communications relating to St John NSW’s activities and provision support to staff and volunteers deployed.- Central point of contact for the various NSW Health agencies- Develop and publish rosters for a large pool of casual staff and volunteers to ensure that all deployment requests were met.- Ensure that accurate, up-to-date and fit-for-purpose work procedures were developed and communicated to all staff and volunteers deployed in support of NSW Health.- Develop and distribute daily deployment reports to internal and external stakeholders.- Maintain, prepare and publish daily and weekly operational and financial reports relating to deployments. - Managing customer and stakeholder expectations, needs and requirements.- Motivate, coach, encourage, delegate and empowered to build strong and effective teams and toachieve results through influence.- Worked closely with People, Performance & Culture team to undertake performance management initiatives when required.

- Team Leader of 24 bed Dementia Specific Unit. Working closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator to ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards & Outcomes. - Significantly contribute towards facility accreditation. - Supervised care services provided to residents within the unit. - Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve high levels of person centred care to all residents within the unit. - Liaise with GPs, ASET Nurse and other key stakeholders to plan and coordinate the overall care of residents experiencing clinical and functional deterioration. - Development and review of Individual Care Plans.- Worked closely with the ACFI Coordinator ensure assessments and reappraisals were completed in a timely manner. - Clinical Care, including assessment of overall health status, including pain management, skin integrity, falls prevention, continence care, nutrition, wound management, administration of prescribed medications, vital sign monitoring and interpretation, recognising and responding to clinically deteriorating resident. - Point of contact for Care Staff to report any changes in resident health status. - Behaviour Management for residents with a diagnosis of Dementia. Close liaison with Psychogeriatrician, specialist behaviour unit CNC and GP to develop safety management plans to ensure resident and staff safety. - Allocate care staff to care areas within the unit and ensure they are supported at all times.- Ensure a high level of documentation maintained for all residents. - Liaise with resident families and participate in case conferencing.
