Responsible for the overall finance function for Mercer in the Pacific Region and a key member of the Executive Leadership team. Provided timely financial information for decision making as well as provided strategic financial advice to the Managing Director and the Executive management team. Led the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and reported directly to the Pacific Market CEO and to the EuroPac Chief Financial Officer (based in London). Revenue was ~US$425m in the Pacific region and over 1,800 staff.• Managed and completed the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and annual strategic planning processes for the Pacific Region.• Provided the country and business leaders with financial analysis, strategy and planning of investments, global projects, and worked on acquisitions as necessary.During 2016 led the Finance workstream on the successful acquisition of Pillar Administration Pty Limited which was a NSW government owned superannuation administration business with over 650 staff based in Wollongong. During 2017 this business was successfully integrated into the Mercer business, exceeding budget, and substantially increased year on year profitability growth.Identified and implemented numerous revenue and expense initiatives across Australia and New Zealand across multiple years in order to achieve targeted profit growth.

Main Responsibilities included:- Providing strong, pro-active management to the Asia Pacific controllership group and the unit pricing, fund accounting and cash management teams, and responsible for 170 staff across the Asia Pacific region. - Led a Financial Controllership team with staff based in Singapore, Mayalysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Greater China, Korea, Japan, and Australia.

Key member of the Regional and Australia senior management teams responsible for the overall finance function for the WSS Division in the Asia Pacific Region and the key contact for all finance related matters. Reported directly to the WSS Global CFO and the WSS Regional CEO.
