Specialties Business ConsultingExecutive and Board SearchTurnkey Recruitment ProjectsCorporate TrainingInterim ManagementEvent ManagementMAIN TASKS/DUTIES:• Effectively use appropriate media to research niche market – internet, press, tradedirectories, company listings, etc.• Network and develop relationships with candidates• Work alongside Business Development to develop productive relationships• Deal with vacancies and client requirements in a timely manner• Market candidates to potential clients via telephone selling, fax, email and mailshots• Source and qualify candidates establishing motivation, requirements and abilities• Develop an in-depth knowledge of clients or accounts• Use effective questioning techniques with clients and candidates to qualify and gatherinformation• Produce effective front sheets to help market candidates• Log new data and update business systems regarding clients and candidates• Develop and use effective marketing and advertising material – e-shots, emails and otherdirect marketing tools etc.• Take references• Monitor and manage advert responses appropriately• Generate leads for the team through media research and canvassing• Achieve targets set by management in terms of KPIs etc.• Send out relevant correspondence and contract information• Assist administration on the timely sending and chasing of invoices• Comply with company controls and policies around data, systems and professional conduct.
