Product SME (Subject Matter Expert) for GMS, TaaS Connectivity, and WAN Acceleration. I provide a wide range of services to internal and external stakeholders, including Presales, manage customer migrations, product development and improvement, and process development.Some highlights of the role were:-• A key member in developing processes and all aspects of getting the team I am in ready to provision and onboard TaaS Connectivity.• Delivered the first large scale TaaS project for a government agency. 120 sites, under considerable time pressure and immature processes. We overcame many obstacles and eventually not only retained the customer but also received positive feedback about our service.

Mainly worked on projects to build and maintain Kordia's WAN services. A highlight was I built the first firewalls (Fortigate) as part of the security product for Kordia. This meant I had to consider and resolve a number of issues associated with first time implementations in Kordia’s core network, e.g. reporting, management, etc.

In this role my main responsibilities were to provide technical consultancy and project lead in customer environments. Some highlights were:-• Successfully migrated customer networks into Datacom's data centres. These tend to be complex migrations that are disruptive in nature so they require a high level of management and coordination to reduce the risks and negative impact to the customer's business. Customer expectations needed to be set properly.

My responsibilities in Gen-I, both as a Design Consultant, and Network Architect was to provide customer consultancy. I covered technologies mainly in the Networking, Wifi, and Firewall streams - mainly Cisco products, with a lesser emphasis on Checkpoint, Juniper and Aerohive. Some highlights were:-• Designed and delivered WAN solution for a Travel company involving 100+ sites. The first large scale deployment of Gen-i’s One Office WAN service. I helped the customer overcome a number of their own technical issues, resulting in successful delivery and a very happy customer• Regular recognition and positive feedback for my performance from both internal and external parties, resulting in the promotion from Design Consultant to Network Architect
