During these years I have worked in billing disputes, projects, contract implementations & design, billing production, configuration, billing architecture, faults/technical support, billing operations, customer service, mediation, collections/credit, skip tracing, law enforcement/fraud, service management, legal and billing activations, to mention just a few areas. From creating businesses cases, customer presentations, executive level reporting and presentations, operational reporting, and strategic planning documents whilst being a key stakeholder in major system migrations & projects.Specialising in dispute management I have personally resolved thousands of major disputes involving complex technical, provisioning, billing and contractual issues relating to millions in adjustments and hundreds of millions in revenue. From re-rating millions of records, analysing years of on/off data, to joining disparate, very large, datasets I have the technical abilities to create detailed and effective resolutions.I have also created & managed dispute teams for several telcos with the usual goals of reducing their adjustments and, TIO disputes whilst improving customer satisfaction (NPS).From managing interstate teams and people, to travelling extensively meeting with major corporations and telcos I have extensive skills in stakeholder management.
