Wiring of 66/110 blocks that feed to workstations and G650 chassis blades. Setup of each site in the Avaya switch (ARS tables/Network Regions/Locations/Network Mapping/Node Names/Media-gateways/Dial Plan/Dial Plan parameters/Trunk groups/Signaling Groups, etc). Setup of different Codec’s / PRI’s for use at each location. Order/setup of different Avaya phone sets (46xx/96xx/24xx/64xx series phones), and headsets. Create/Maintain/Support 18 plus queues, program vectors/vdn’s/agents/toll free numbers. Call center applications support/maintain NICE/IEX/TASKE/AES. Implement software for remote users IP Agent, One-X Agent and SIP. Implement a DR site using an Avaya ESS server. Setup/Deploy users for voicemail on Modular Messaging. Maintain/Update Modular Messaging Server.
