▪ Co-founded Evercrest to continue passion of advising clients on risk management, debt issuance, and derivative execution▪ Specialized in complex issuer financings (State Housing Finance Agencies and project finance) and sophisticated rate-hedging strategies▪ Specific swap transaction services typically involve: (i) identify and structure swap/derivative strategies to hedge interest rate risk prevalent within a client's debt portfolio, (ii) assist with internal approval processes including board of directors' presentation materials, (iii) procure the swap transaction from a swap dealer through the over-the-counter derivatives market, and (iv) advise on all aspects of hedge execution including negotiate ISDA documents and swap dealer execution costs.▪ Serve as bond pricing advisor for negotiated debt issuances and advise on Total Return Swap (“TRS”) execution with fair market price certification▪ Provide ongoing swap and derivative hedge accounting advice with hedge effectiveness testing in accordance with GASB and FASB guidelines▪ Evercrest is a registered municipal advisor with both the MSRB and SEC. We act as an Independent Registered Municipal Advisor (IRMA) for numerous clients and serve as a Qualified Independent Representative (QIR) for our non-ERISA “Special Entity” governmental and municipal clients. Evercrest is also a registered Commodity Trading Advisor and a member of the National Futures Association.
